1.       Once I have made a Reservation, how and when will it be confirmed ?

You will receive an e-mail response within 24 hours either confirming your date or asking for an alternative date if your requested date is not available.  Once your Tour date is confirmed your credit card will only be used to hold the reservation. When payment has been verified you will receive a confirmation detailing the date of Tour, number of guests and the payment held to your card.  Please check for any errors and notify us by e-mail if any changes need to be made.  If all the information is correct please print out your confirmation and bring it with you to Aruba as it is your proof of payment and your ticket to board the Tour.

2.       How far in advance must we book our Reservation ? 

We accept reservations up to three months in advance.  You may book

online or if you prefer call us directly at:  011-297-586-2010.   For Groups and Private Charter reservations we accept reservations up to 6 months  in advance.

3.    Do you offer on-line Discounts ?

Yes, if you book your reservation online you will receive a US$ 5.00-$9.00 discount per person, depending on the trip. If you make a second booking at this time for one of our other tours you will receive US$ 10.00 discount per person for the second Tour booking.(Kukoo Kunuku orTtattoo party boat 

4.      Must I reconfirm my reservation when I arrive in Aruba ?

Yes, its a must  please call our offices at 586-2010 to confirm your arrival in Aruba and to allow us to provide you with your check-in time and answer any other questions you may have.

5.    Do you honor the Aruba Plus Card ?

        NO, sorry we no longer participate in the Aruba Plus Program.

        6.      Do you offer Private Charter and Group rates ?

Yes, we do offer Private Charter and Group rates for advanced bookings.  The minimum group size is 10 pax.  We require a 50% deposit in advance to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.  The balance will be due one week prior to the scheduled Tour.  If you prefer not to pay by e-mail you may fax us at 011-297-586-2009 or call us directly at 011-297-586-2010 to make other arrangements for payment (Please ask for Cindy Cynowa).

7.       Do you offer Travel Agent discounts ?

Yes, we offer Travel Agents a 25% discount on the full price of a Tour when booking any of our Tours online.  To qualify for this discount you must e-mail your Travel Agent registration # and fax a copy of your Travel Agent ID and business card to our offices at 011-297-586-2009.  One companion may accompany the Travel Agent and also receive a 25% discount. We are delighted to offer our travel partners the opportunity to experience our products and we're confident afterwards  they won't hesitate to recommend us! 

8.     Are children allowed on your Tours and do they receive a discount ?

Yes and Yes! The Mi Dushi Sailing, Snorkeling or Sunset Tours are perfect for all children over 6 years of age and are ideal family adventures.  Children may accompany their parents on any Mi Dushi Cruise for

US$ 20.00. (6 years – 14 years of age).

Our Tattoo Party Cruise and Kukoo Kunuku Dinner and Barhopping Tours are adult Tours and you must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

9.    Do you provide transportation to the Tour departure points ?

Passengers for our Mi Dushi Adventure and Tattoo Party Cruises are responsible for their own transportation to and from the De Palm Pier. All Mi Dushi Adventure Cruises and Tattoo Party Cruises depart from the De Palm Pier located between the RIU Palace and Radisson Resorts on Palm Beach.  This location is within walking distance of all of the Palm Beach resorts and a short bus or taxi ride from the Low Rise hotels, the hotels on Eagle Beach or in Oranjestad.  If  you are arriving by taxi or bus (Bus #10) you only have to mention Tattoo / Mi Dushi or De Palm Pier, everyone in Aruba knows where the best excursions leave from!  If you have a rental car and are driving to the De Palm Pier you must park along

10.    Do you provide transportation for Cruise Ship passengers ?

Passengers for our Mi Dushi Adventure and Tattoo Party Cruises are responsible for their own transportation to and from the De Palm Pier.  Special transfer arrangements are available for Group and Private Charters.

11.     Do you have a Refund Policy ?

Yes....Due to the fact that all of  our Tours have a limited seating capacity the following refund policy will be enforced.  All reservations cancelled up to  24 hours of the time of departure shall receive a full refund with a smile and hopes that you may rebook our tour at a later date.  If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance we will issue a 70% refund to the credit card that was used for payment. If at this time you would like to rebook for the same Tour or another one of Aruba Adventures Tours we'll credit 100% of your payment to the new Tour!

There will be no refund for passengers that are no-shows to the venue. 

If for any reason we are forced to cancel any of our Tours due to weather, technical problems or due to any other unexpected circumstances we will issue a full refund immediately.

12.     Is the Mi Dushi wheelchair accessible ?

No, however we have hosted disabled guests onboard the Mi Dushi in the past. Although challenging, we will do our utmost to accommodate any guest who would like to join our Tour including lifting disabled guests in and out of the water taxi and boat and making room for a wheelchair onboard the vessel. 

13.      How many Crew members are onboard Mi Dushi ?

Our Crew consists of a Captain, First Mate and Hostess.  On busy days we very often have an extra deck hand onboard so we may provide personal and professional service.

14.    What is served for Lunch on the "Taste of Aruba" full day Cruise ?

Our Lunch is catered by Taste of Belgium, one of Aruba's most popular Restaurants.  We serve a delightful Lunch which includes Chicken Sate with sauce (an Aruban favorite!), Beef Stroganoff, Rice, Pasta salad and refreshing Watermelon for Dessert.

15.      What is served on the afternoon Cruises ?

Caribbean snacks are served on all afternoon cruises. 

16.     What is served in the Bar ?

        We have a complimentary Bar onboard all of the Cruises.  Prior to
        Snorkeling we have an open Juice and Soda Bar and once all the
        watersport activities have been completed we have an open Premium
        Bar for our guests.In our Premium Bar we have Sky Vodka,Bacardi      
        Rum,Dewars Scotch, Bombay Gin, Jack Daniels Bourbon, Sodas and
        Juices and of course our famous Sailor Coladas and Mi Dushi

        Potent Passion Rum Punch. We also serve Polar Beer onboard

        during all of our Cruises.

 

17.     Is the Snorkeling equipment included in the Cruise ?

Yes…All of our snorkeling equipment is new and available for  use by our guests. This equipment includes a mask and snorkel as well as fins.  Additionally we provide each guest with our own patented personal snorkel mouthpiece.

18.     Is there shade aboard ?

Yes…Shade is available on the aft deck under the awning or in several locations around the deck when the sails are aloft.

19.        Is there a rope swing aboard the Mi Dushi ?

Yes, Mateys…There certainly is…and it is wild and wicked !!!!

20.       What should I wear onboard the Mi Dushi ?

Shorts and a T-shirt and make sure you wear or bring your bathing suit.  On afternoon sails it may get chilly as the sun goes down and some guests bring along a long sleeve shirt.  Also if you plan to hire a taxi  to take you back to your hotel you might bring a dry pair of shorts with you as some taxis will not transport guests if they are wet.

21.     Are there bathrooms onboard and is there a place to change onboard ? 

Yes, there are two bathrooms onboard and that is where you can     

change into or out of your bathing suit.

       

22.     Should I bring anything with me ?

Yes, bring towels (we do not provide towels), your camera (you'll want to record those great memories) and a big SMILE!.  We do have some sun block onboard however we recommend you bring your own if you have special requirements.

23.     Will I need any extra cash aboard ?

All cruises on the Mi Dushi are all inclusive.  The only reason you would need cash would be for your return transportation or if you wanted to buy a Mi Dushi souvenir such as a Mi Dushi T-shirt, Cap, Shorts or CD.   Also, there is never an obligation but if the service you receive from the Crew is exceptional  you are welcome to thank them by leaving a small gratuity.

24.     Do I receive a discount if I am a repeat guest on the Mi Dushi ?

Yes, the Mi Dushi has a very loyal repeat clientele and if you are on our repeat guest list you are eligible for special discounts on certain days or certain cruises 

 

25.    Last year I was on the Mi Dushi, is the Captain and Crew the same ?

Yes… Captain Jesus and First Mate Ryan have been sailing and entertaining our guests for the past five years and are still onboard.  As well, Maria del Carmen, who has been  the Hostess and Bartender onboard for the past five years is ready to welcome you aboard.  For the old Mi Dushi loyalists who remember all the good times they had with Captain Mario and Captain Ziggy,  they are all still living in Aruba and  continue to Captain their favorite charter vessel, "Mi Dushi" on occassion.

26.   Is the MI Dushi site where I book my reservation safe and 

        secure?

YES! Our site is safe and secure.
